These Terms govern your use of Forque (the “App” or “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The Service
Forque helps users organize recurring activities, workspaces, completion history, reminders, and shared access. Features may change as the Service develops. The Service is not professional medical, safety, legal, or financial advice.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the Service. You must have the right to submit and share that content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not break the law; infringe another person’s rights; upload harmful code; probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security of the Service; scrape it at scale; or use it to abuse or deceive others.
5. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, if offered, are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by the applicable store terms. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account before renewal. Refunds are handled under the store’s rules and applicable law.
6. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation. You are responsible for decisions made using the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
