Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Forque (the “App”, “Service”, “we”, or “us”) processes information when you use the Service.
1. Information we process
- Account and authentication data, including an email address when you create a registered account and securely hashed authentication credentials.
- Content you create, including workspaces, routines, completion history, notes, invitations, and related settings.
- Subscription information received from Apple or Google, such as product, transaction, purchase-token, renewal, and expiration data.
- Technical and security data required to operate the Service, such as session tokens, timestamps, and limited server logs.
You may also use a guest account without providing an email address. We do not sell personal information.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the Service, synchronize your content, authenticate accounts, deliver requested email, verify subscriptions, provide shared workspaces, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with law.
3. Service providers
We may use hosting and database providers, email-delivery providers, Apple, and Google to operate the Service and process payments. They process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Store purchases are billed and managed by the applicable app store; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain account and application content while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, protect security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request account and personal-data deletion by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. If you believe a child provided personal information without valid consent, contact us.
8. International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
